About Us

Spice Monster Sauce is a small batch chilli sauce company. Each bottle is meticulously made at home, making every bottle as delicious as the next. 
 
Influenced by the eco-conscious people of Brighton and the desire to be sustainable, all sauces are made from natural ingredients and suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets. Each sauce is produced, bottled and labelled in the most sustainable way possible. 
 
Greg started making chilli sauce when his interest in cooking led him to cook up a small batch of the original spice monster sauce and enjoy it at home with friends. It went down so well that he decided to make more and started selling them at his local street market, on upper Gardener street. Just like that, Spice Monster Sauce was born!  

 
Spice Monster Sauce continues to grow, with more delicious and of course, monstrous flavours being created all the time. With each new sauce packing a punch, without compromising on flavour or quality.
